Shipping + Returns
Purchases are shipped via Ground Parcel Service to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Because our products ship from both New York and Texas, it is possible that items ordered together may not arrive together. You will not be charged for multiple shipments. At this time, we ship only to the USA. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. or APO Boxes.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 15 days of receipt of product. Merchandise must not be damaged or altered and in its original packing. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in instances where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged. If you received an item which you did not order, or if you received an item which is damaged, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service Department (855.419.4657) prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with expedited service on your replacement order. Exceptions may apply; all Sale items are nonrefundable.
