Shipping + Returns
Due to COVID-19, please allow for one week to process your order, and know that we are not offering expedited shipping as a result of expected delays. We currently only ship within the United States but are looking to expand very soon!
Due to 2020 health concerns, we are not accepting any returns, aside from incorrect or damaged items. Please contact email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 15 days of receipt of product. Merchandise must not be use, damaged or altered and be returned its original packing. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in instances where the item you received is incorrect, or damaged. If you received an item which you did not order, or if you received an item which is damaged, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with expedited service on your replacement order.
All Sale items are nonrefundable.
